Meet Neil
I'm Neil. With over 15 years of hands-on renovation, woodworking and finish carpentry experience, I lead every job from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

How I got into this work
- Family ties to the building trades put me on job sites early, working next to carpenters and tradesmen. Since then I've done full renovations from demolition to final trim, repairs and punch lists for property managers, tile and bath finish, painting, flooring and doors.
- I lead every job myself. On larger projects we bring in a vetted team of experienced trades for the phases that call for them, so we can take on full renovations and hold the same standard from start to finish.
- In my own shop I build custom furniture and finish pieces for private clients. It's the work I'm proudest of, and the same care goes into your job.
- When something looks wrong, I find the cause before I write the scope.

Tile
Floors, walls, backsplash and bathroom tile.
Painting
Careful prep and paint for rooms, trim and doors.
Drywall repair and replacement
Patch, replace, tape and finish, then match the surface.
Plank flooring installation
Wood and laminate planks, cut and fitted.
Moldings and trim
Baseboard, casing and simple trim.

Rooted in Andover
- I'm a Reading native, and I've lived in Andover for nine years. My kids go to school here, so this is home, and my work stays close to it.
- I work in the Greater Andover area: Essex & Middlesex counties, within about 25 minutes of Andover.
- I work with homeowners, and I'm glad to hear from realtors, designers and property managers who have clients to send my way.
